Bedroom 2. The Ruby Room, Super-king bed (which can be made into a twin room by prior arrangement)

Bedroom 3. The Lichen Room, Single bed, and a Double bed.

The Family Bathing Suite. Bath, large walk in Shower, WC, Basin, heated towel rail & large airing cupboard.

Downstairs:

Bedroom 4. The Chocolate Room, Twin room (which can be made into a King size bed by prior arrangement)

Lounge: 47" LCD TV, SKY+HD Package, a log burning stove, Wii with a few games, Ipod docking station with DAB radio, Two leather sofas with end lazy boy recliners, books, DVD's.

Kitchen / Dinner: Dishwasher, Large fridge freezer, Microwave, Built in Oven / Grill, Ceramic hob, Toaster, Kettle, Slow cooker, George Forman family grill, CD/radio, stick blender/food mixer and a blender for those all important smoothies.

Utility Room: Sink, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Clothes line, Large area for dog beds.

Cloakroom: WC & Basin, coat hooks.

Games room: Boot Drying rack, Shoe matt, Coat hooks, Sofa, Snooker/tennis table, Dart board, (Fishing rods & bikes available on request) Xbox, DVD/Video player & Videos. 32" LCD TV.

Outside:
